Renamed a couple mbit related things

- mdir_bits -> mbits
- lfsr_mid_bid -> lfsr_mbid
- lfsr_mid_rid -> lfsr_mrid

These now match the naming in the dbg scripts.

I feel like this is more terse in a way that is also more readable, but
maybe that's just me.
