Renamed LFS_I_ORPHANS -> LFS_I_HASORPHANS

This better matches how other flags sometimes include the relevant verb,
LFS_RBYD_ISSHRUB, LFSR_DATA_ONDISK, etc, and feels a bit more
consistent.
