Renamed mid related functions and tried to make them less cumbersome

- lfsr_mleafweight -> lfsr_mweight
- lfsr_midbmask -> lfsr_mid_bid
- lfsr_midrmask -> lfsr_mid_rid
- added lfsr_mid_cbid
- added lfsr_mid_crid
- added lfsr_mdir_* variants

...
