make: Added make bench-ops and bench-bus
- make bench-ops - Show the amount readed/progged/erased - make bench-bus - Show average readed/progged/erased per width These just seem immediately useful for a high-level understanding of benchmark costs. Especially while trying to understand how things interact with the new bus+buffer sim.
